Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 15 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time 5 business days.
Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time 2 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much much more.
